The Donner Awards is Canada's largest and most prestigious awards program for non-profit organizations. A total of $60,000 is available to be won, with a total of nine awards granted.
Canada’s best-run non-profit social service agencies named recipients for Donner Awards and $60,000 prize money. Seven organizations from across Canada have been recognized as being the best-run non-profit social service agencies in the country. The 14th annual Donner Canadian Foundation Awards for Excellence in the Delivery of Social Services were delivered in December 2011 at a ceremony at Queen's Park.
