2009 Award Recipients and Finalists by Category

In 2009, twenty-one non-profit agencies from across Canada were identified as being the best run in the country and in the running to share $60,000 in prize money as finalists for the 12th annual Donner Canadian Foundation Awards for Excellence in the Delivery of Social Services.

The recipients of the seven $5,000 category awards, the $20,000 William H. Donner Award for Excellence in the Delivery of Social Services and the $5,000 Peter F. Drucker Award for Non-Profit Management were announced at the Donner Awards' Celebration Event held in Toronto on Friday, October 16, 2009.
